I'm an RN, and have worked for Emerald City Medical
Staffing for many years. I enjoy the opportunity to work whenever I want, and
the freedom to not work for periods of time if I choose.
Emerald
City staff are warm and friendly. They listen carefully to my needs, and are
the best employers I have ever had. In the "real world" if you get a
whim to go to Hawaii, your boss tells you it is ok, but only if you find
someone to replace you for the time you will be away. At Emerald City you
schedule yourself for those days off, and they tell you to have a wonderful
time!
I
started working with Emerald City when my mother needed to be cared for. They
were the employer who allowed me to support my family financially, and still
take the days off that I needed to care for my mother. She is no longer
with me, but because Emerald City Staff has treated me so fairly over the
years, they will be my employer until I retire. Mutual respect is the key
to a successful agency career. I work very hard to represent my employer in the
best light, and they work very hard to meet my financial and
scheduling needs. I am very lucky to be a part of thier organization.

I have worked as an LPN for 17 years. After deciding to
leave full time employment 5 years ago, I was lucky to find Emerald
City Medical Staffing.
Professionalism is important to me, Emerald City
Medical Staffing has that and much more.
The office is very well run. They are all
so pleasant to talk to and I always feel appreciated. The staff
is consistently prepared, organized and efficient. They are
very flexible and have been willing to work with my frequently
changing availability for work.
I am not sure exactly what makes this organization run so
well, but I suspect being a family owned business plays an important part.
I can highly recommend Emerald City Medical Staffing.
This is one "Class act"!!!
